What he does know is that Leo is both stubborn and driven when it comes to taking care of people he cares about, and Leo definitely cares about Accelerator. It counts for something, at least.]

If he was going to talk like a commanding officer, I wanted to make sure he could actually act like one. Turns out he can't, so it came with the added bonus of pissing him off in public.
